I developed EstPoker that is an APP to help a small team do estimation. Planning Poker is a good tool but how to do planning without paper-made planning Poker. I think mobile APP would be a good replacement. EstPoker is a very simple tool and it can support a team work without any network connection. Think of how the poor development team would be if they found out, the SM developed an app and don't get a mention :-)

of cause not. I think Product Owner and Scrum Master would be the organizer of planning meeting. When your team use EstPoker, and hand iPhone one by one. It is very funny just like a game in our childhood.
